Small Sofa Bed

Small sofa beds are a great way to make the most of limited space, by incorporating a bed into your small sofa you can lounge on it during the day and use is as an extra bed in the evening, our sofa beds have been designed to incorporate a single sofa bed or a small double sofa bed.Small sofa beds are a great way to make the most of limited space, by incorporating a bed into your small sofa you can lounge on it during the day and use is as an extra bed.
Our petite sofa beds come with 3 different mattress widths, the smallest is our armchair bed which has a 75cm wide sleeping space and can be found on our Ula, Sui and Arc products, the next size up is our 100cm wide single sofa bed mechanism; this comes with either 2 small cushions (Lear) or 1 extra large cushion (Xan) and finally we offer a small double, this has a 120cm wide mattress and can sleep one adult comfortably or a cosy two, this size of bed can be found on our Alda, Holl and Sker products.

When you are purchasing a small sofa bed you need to think carefully about the dimensions of the sofa bed when it has been extended and not just the dimensions when the sofa bed mechanism is stowed, for our sofa beds the key dimension is the one from the back of the sofa to the tip of the extended sofa bed and for all our sofa beds (irrespective of their width) this dimension is the same, 235cm.

To access the bed mechanism on our sofa beds all you need to do is take the seats off and unfold the sofa bed mechanism (3 easy steps) and the sofa bed will pull out complete with mattress, the seats that you have taken off the sofa can be used as a headboard for your sofa bed by dropping them into the space between the back of the sofa and the sofa bed.

One slight drawback of selecting a bed to include in your sofa is that the bed mechanism takes up all the space underneath the seats of your sofa leaving you with no storage space under the seats, perhaps this isn't too much of a sacrifice given that you've now got a handy spare bed.
