OUR PRODUCT ALWAYS FITS! We've supplied our products to just about every conceivable difficult to access location including lofts, cellars, boats and spiral staircases - in the highly unlikely event our products won't fit (this has never happened) we will give you a refund in full! You are obliged to ensure that there is sufficient space in the room to fit the product.
Manufacturer Warranty and Guarantee
Our products are designed to be strong and stand up to a lot of punishment, that’s why we offer a free guarantee that's valid for two years against any manufacturing or material defect, allowing for fair wear and tear - in the highly unlikely event that a problem does occur we will repair the product free of charge.
Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that you’ll find the product you purchase comfortable, if you don’t we’ll happily change your seating options or if the worst comes to the worst offer you a refund. To take up our Comfort Guarantee you need to contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods.

Free Delivery?
Just like it says on the tin! We'll deliver your sofa or corner sofa to you free of charge.
Free Returns?
We get such great feedback from customers we are happy to offer you free returns - if, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt of your goods you are not satisfied, then call us and we will pick up the goods and refund your money in full.
Conditions?
- The free delivery offer applies for the majority of England and Wales and certain parts of Scotland, a small surcharge will be applicable at check out for certain locations and deliveries, we refer you to the text included at delivery which includes more information on this topic. Delivery surcharges are not refundable in the event of a return.
- The free returns offer does not apply for any offshore islands, it also does not apply in post codes TR21 to TR25, HS1 to HS9, ZE1 to ZE3, KW1 to KW17, PA42 to PA78 and PH42 to PH44.
- Any fees paid for assembly or delivery are not refundable
- The free returns offer does not apply for orders which are solely for spare parts or spare covers or both, in this regard your attention is specifically drawn to clause 4.8 of the terms and conditions.

Fire Retardant Fabric and Foam
Our fabric and foam are all fire retardant and meet the standards of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
Removable Covers
All of the covers on our sofas (including the arm covers) are detachable for ease of maintenance.

We’ve given our designs a lot of careful thought and put them through some rigorous testing to ensure that they are durable, rugged and will stand the test of time. That’s also why we offer a number of guarantees with our products.
