You shouldn't be. We get great feedback from our customers and we're confident that you'll love our product too! That's why our policy is that you can return your sofa for free with 14 days if you live in the South East and for just £10 if you live almost anywhere else on the UK mainland. What's more we also guarantee the comfort and durability of our products.

Tips For How to Search for Products on the Website

Browse - You can browse for generic products such as a 2 Person Sofa or 5 Person L Shape Sofas by using the drop down menu bars at the top of the page.
Select a Product - When you find a product that you are interested in select it by either clicking on the image or clicking on the heading that appears above the image. This will take you into the product page.
Product Page - Once you are in the product page you can then click on the "Buy Now" button to buy the sofa illustrated
Customise Your Sofa - If you want to customise your sofa select the options in the box below. For example if you want a blue sofa you would select the blue fabric from the drop down box.
Buy Now - Once you are happy with the options you have selected you can click on the "Buy Now" button which will add the product you have selected to your shopping cart. You can now proceed through the check out process or add another product such as an additional set of cushion covers by continuing to browse through the website.
Checkout - A step by step process that takes you through entry of your address, delivery details and credit or debit card information. All the credit or debit card information entered through the shop is done in a secure environment.
